IndexHourGO.__init__(labels, *, loc_is_iloc=False, name=<object object>)

Initializer.

Parameters:

labels – Iterable of hashable values to be used as the index labels. If strings, NumPy datetime conversions will be applied.
name – A hashable object to label the container.
